Mijn Klacht:
Hello, I had a very strange situation yesterday.
I saw that driver from DPD is arriving to my street so I was in my way to open the door but the driver drove away! In the same minute I get sms that my package was delivered!
I was trying to run after the car but the driver was to fast.
I don’t have a package! I called to DPD but they told me that it’s nothing what they can do, I ask to call driver to turn him back to my house but they told me that it’s not possible. So I left without package but I have message that I get it! The package was from Poland and I was waiting one week for it! For me this is typical stilling! I called already to police and legal advice but also for now they can’t do anything. What now ?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be happy when my package came back to me and the driver will be fired and pay for my headache, for my stress....
