Een klant heeft zijn onvrede geuit over de service van DPD. Hij beschrijft meerdere miscommunicaties over de levering van zijn pakket, dat uiteindelijk niet op de afgesproken datum werd afgeleverd, ondanks dat hij speciaal vrij had genomen om het te ontvangen. De klant voelt zich misleid door de informatie die hij van de klantenservice ontving.

Mijn Klacht:

I wanted to send a complains about DPD service

Their employee tried to deliver my package on Friday 05.04.2019 but unfortunately nobody was at home in the morning till 14.00.
Since 14.00 my wife was at home and nobody call to us. I called to Their service desk and lady told me they will deliver to HABE Bandentechniek at Haarlem on Monday 08.04.2019 and I can pick it up after 16.00 Package wasn’t there at all. Next lady told me that these were tires and could not be deliver to pickup point. What was a point to lie, why introduce people to error. I called back to DPD service desk again and they told me will be deliver to my house at Friday 12.04.2019 between 10-11.00 AM
I took a day off specially for this package as was important for me. I was waiting, after 12.00 PM at that day I called again to your service desk and they told me that my package is still in your deposit centre. WHY and HOW? why nobody pick it up and not deliver to me after several calls. Every conversation cost me money.
I had an appointment planned twice and I’m disappointed of service you providing.

I did not received any notification from DPD even, only empty paper left in my postbox.
I’m really disappointed of their service how you can lie to the people.

In addition, due to the lack of professionalism of DPD company I have to pay-25€parcel return charges.

Gewenste Oplossing:

No, each time when I heard that DPD will deliver my package Im scared.
What they are doing is really not professional and lie.

Because indeed Tyres are very heavy for a parcelshop delivery. Please send us your information on one of our socialmedia channels ( facebook or twitter). With your parcel information we can make an official complaint. Our sincere apologies of the inconvenience caused. ^Aldjo
