Een klant van Dorivit.nl heeft gereageerd op een advertentie voor Eco Slim en een bestelling geplaatst voor 104 euro, na bevestiging van de telefoniste dat het product effectief zou zijn tegen buikvet. Na gebruik ervoer de klant echter een toegenomen eetlust en een opgeblazen gevoel, wat leidde tot de conclusie dat het product niet effectief was en als een oplichting werd beschouwd. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

I reacted to an online advert of eco slim at 49 euros. Because I am fighting with abdominal weight, I decided to react. A day later I got a telephone call from Dorivit .nl comfirming my online order and sending of their product at the total price of 104 euro.
I specifically informed the woman on the phone that my problem is abdominal fat and weight, and asked categorically if their product is designed for abdominal weight gain. She said yes with promises.
I ordered. The order arrived on 4 september 2018 and I started to use it immediately.
But to my suprise and dismay, what I got is increased appetite, gas filled stomach and the feelings of abdominal swellings and bloating .
This product is a scam and fake.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I don't want to pay that 104 euro for a fake and not effectively product. I want to return if possible the remaining.

Thank you very much for your message.

I understand from your message that you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product. We regret to hear that you have not achieved the desired result with our Eco Slim. Of course, the effectiveness of the Eco Slim is different for everyone, since each body responds differently to certain ingredients. In addition, I am not aware of your expectations prior to use.

We hear many positive reactions and have the utmost confidence in our product and we find it very annoying to hear that it has not worked for you. Have you used it correctly?
We recommend that the Eco Slim 3 times a day take 25 to 30 drops half an hour before eating.
It is also important that you take a healthy and responsible diet and move sufficiently.

Of course you may return the unopened products to us within 30 days

Dear Sir, Madam,
Thank you for your respond to my complaints and the solution you are offering.
I am not yet satisfied because you did not mention anything about the bill.
I did use one bottle of the eco slim druppels and the eco chocolate as prescribed.
I did even went on line to your site to read other people's reaction and watched some videos clips on the usage before starting to use them.
Then I followed accordingly.
I am active anD sportive. I do running and rope/skip jumping which I intensified even within this period.
Even after loging in my complaint, I continued using the products thinking it will get better, but to no avail.
All I received is increased appetite, bloating of the stomach and uncomfortable.
Do you know I have been in fasting since there days now to fight the undesired effect of your products?
I am really sorry, BUT I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT THAT HAVE CAUSED ME SO MUCH MISERY..
I AM READY THOUGH TO RETURN THE REMANNING BOTTLE OF THE ECO SLIM WHICH HAVE NOT YET BEEN OPENED BUT NOT PAYMENT OF THE FACTUUR.
