My husband and I were travelling from Amsterdam Schipol to İzmir Adnan Menderes on the 11th of July with Corendon. Our flight was supposed to depart at 7:00 am. We arrived to Schipol at 5:00am for check-in however we saw that our flight was delayed 5 hours and 50 min. We were not informed about it. We waited until 12:50 and another delay was announced. And finally we were able to fly at 3:00pm. I wrote to customer service twice but haven’t received any response. I want compensation of this delay, which is, I know, my right to ask.
