Mijn Klacht:
I ordered by C&A online March 30 and received an email that it had been sent. I heard nothing and have phoned the number available several times. I had different responses to my question. I was promised an email which didn’t come. I asked for my money back but no-one can arrange this.
This is a viscious circle as no one can help me. How do I get my money back?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would really like a refund as I am not happy about the way this has been handled
