Klacht: Administratie kosten!! Achteraf na 2 mnd wisten hier niets van !!!

Mijn Klacht:

We are hereby informing you that the vehicle you hired was ticketed 1 time during said rental period.

The law requires us to give your details to the appropriate authorities. They will send you fine that is in your name, together with payment instructions, in the next few weeks. You may pay the fine or make any appeals against it that you deem appropriate.

We further inform you that we will charge a 40,00 € fine management fee to your account (based on the 40,00 € cost for the ticket) in the next few days, as stipulated in the terms and conditions in the contract you signed with Goldcar on 26/07/2017.

The fee is only for the expense incurred by Goldcar as a result of the administrative proceedings carried out to identify the vehicle’s driver for the authorities. This is a mandatory procedure. It is not to be considered a partial or full payment of the fine, for which you are solely liable, as stipulated in the rental contract’s terms and conditions.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Waar dit duidelijk beschreven staat! Nu zomaar extra kosten waar wij niets van af weten!!!
