Mijn Klacht:
I made an online order on November 23rd 2018, paid with IDeal, my payment was successful but delivery for some reason got canceled. After 5 days of desperately trying to reach customer service by phone, email, online chat i finally got to talk with some lady on the phone, she promised that my delivery will be fixed ASAP and i will get my goods delivered and if not i will get my money back.. Today, as im writing this complain, is December 29th 2018 and i still got no goods delivered and no money back. I am super disappointed in this company and sad at the same time because i really like the products..but after this incident , don’t think i could support this brand any more, it left a really bad feeling..
Gewenste Oplossing:
Would like to get my money back and hope that they will treat their clients with more respect and pay more attention before promising something.
