For the company: NLE (voorheen: Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij)
I applied for an Internet Installation service. They sent us an installatioin package for the Internet when no one was at home. And then we asked this company to resend us and then they said okay, your package was sent again immediately. BUT, two days later, we call them to make sure if they indeed send us our package, they said our package is on the way. four days later, they said our package is on the way. Six years later, out package was still on the way!!! Today, we called them again, they said our package was not sent again and is in somewhere they also do not know. And I called again to them 1h later on the same day, they told us our package is on the way. I asked them to give me the trace and tracking, and then they told us they do not have trace and tracking. But the thing is how they already knew our package was sent today. So many lies from the client service of this company.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to tell everyone, Do not use this company's Internet service.NLE (voorheen: Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij). You will have a very annoying experience with them.
There are so many lies from the client service from this company. NLE (voorheen: Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij).
