Mijn Klacht:
I was visiting AH Hoog Catharijne Utrecht at about 15.30 cest Friday 22 April 2022. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and immediately trying to go out because I suddenly was feeling nauseated. I asked a women if I could go first. She told me to wait a little longer, but I couldn’t, so I took my way passing her. Then the girl at the kassa told me to wait for a customer to finish packing her stuffs. I didn’t really hear the girl at the kassa. And suddenly she was yelling at me and ordered me to wait with an annoying tone. She meant good but her tone was another story. Absolutely no manner. I was waiting as she ordered me to do, then I quickly searched for a bit fresh air so I wouldn’t vomit there, then went inside to quieter store.
I’m sorry I’m not good at finding complaint sentences in well mannered dutch, so I wrote this in english. Thanks.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Next time I hope she won't use that tone to older customers. I hope the manager at the Albert Heijn that I mentioned talks to her about this. So she could be more polite.
