Mijn Klacht:
Three weeks ago, as a client of Zara, I went to the store in Amstelveen to take a look at the sales. As a customer of Zara I went to see and was called to attention the bathing suits because they had a plate that said alles 9.95. was not going to buy anything in particular but as I saw that all the bathing suits were for that price, I went to find one that I would like to try. What I liked the most, they were at least 6, I noticed the quantity when I was looking for my size.I took the size S that was small and already in the tasters I asked the employee who was there to bring me the size M, which he brought me soon because the head of the bathrobes were right in front of the dressing rooms.I decided to take the bathing suit even more because it had a good discount but when I went to pay, the person said that the article was not in sale and that if i wanted to take it he would have to pay the price of 29.90I explained that was not on sale, which she called a colleague who told me that it would have been a client who would have put the bathing suit there and I explained that they had at least 6 bathing suits like that there, which could not have been a client. She said she would not sell me the swimsuit on sale.
Gewenste Oplossing:
would it be that if I were not a tourist and speak Dutch she would have acted the right way and would have sold me the bathing suit for the price that was on the plate. Was it a racist attitude? inconsequential? or the store fools customers with false sales....?
