I have the same problem.
I have been ordering at zalando for so many years. I always paid on time as well.
Now i get as payment offer only the payment with credit card. I have no credit card and also wont get one only to order at zalando!
Normal payment methods like ideal, payment after receiving etc. Are ot offered.
I find this quite disturbing. Customer service gave me a rude reply as I asked whether i cannot order anything here anymore the – the reply was you can with credit card.
What kind of service mentality is zalando establishing recently. How is my account being judged?
I always paid on time and also dont have any financial problems, so I dont understand this step.
Very sad experience zalando! Poor customer satisfaction easily to be reached with these methods.
If this wont be fixed very soon, i will consider not to stay customer at zalando anymore.
