Dear Wizzair,
I am terribly distressed because a month ago I booked a flight using your website just to realize that I have never received a confirmation. My flight is this week, on Friday (3 march) and I made the reservation on January 11th and paid on January 12th via bank transfer.
In panic mode, after waiting too long on the line on the phone trying to reach the call center this morning, I booked a new flight, which costed me almost 4 times as much. I would, however, appreciate a better resolution, preferably that I can flight under the rate that I initially booked. It is not fair that I am penalized for trusting the company that my booking was secured after following its payment instructions.
