Klacht: Where is my refund?

Mijn Klacht:

I ordered some items (in 2 different packages) 2 months ago and returned it in part. They told me they “have just been in contact with the financial team and they have confirmed that the money has definitely gone back into your account for the orders”, which is definitely not true. I should’ve received the refund over a week ago. Besides, the numbers -they keep telling me- they sent, don’t even align with the items I returned to them. There is a €37 difference. They keep telling me to contact my bank: “All I can do now is advise you to get another, updated, statement for June and look back to the original date as it may have been amended to show that you were refunded money back from this order. If you still cannot locate your refund, you will need to contact your bank as it may not have been added to your statement.” But there is definitely no money there. So then I asked them to send me their bank statement, but they won’t send it because of their privacy policy. So there is no proof they sent me the refund. I have proven my statement: I sent them multiple images of proof. As for now they owe me €135,70.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When I receive the full €135,70 refund.
