As per my last review 1 week ago – as we had suspected, after 6 months of lies, unlawful/unscrupulous conduct, bullying improprieties (not to mention gross negligence/incompetence in the extreme, across the whole board – ruining an entire expensive/dream holiday), I’m afraid to report VWPFS are STILL engaging in the same childish, abusive games ruses, in a clumsy/disgraceful attempt to try ‘buy time’ take the appalling/horrendous details of our case away from public view. Like everything VWPFS have done in our experience, this has also FAILED: we are simply NOT going to be bullied into silence will now be expanding the publication of our account/experience of VWPFS misconduct/abuses. After feigning interest in resolving our case, I have now had THREE EMAILS rudely not responded to in the past week (simply requesting an update/timeline for completion). I suffer from SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEMS, with a HIGH LINK TO SUICIDE. The needless unlawful continuance of VWPFS malicious campaign of abuse/evasion/misconduct has ( continues to have) an extreme, detrimental effect on my well-being/health. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS TO US VWPFS, ABIDE BY YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE US WITH A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO OUR SUBSTANTIAL MULTI-PRONGED COMPLAINT NOW! We all know the reason why you won’t is because your conduct was so APPALLING FLAWED CONFUSED that there is simply NO excuses or justification for sooooo many gross errors succhhhh shambolic/horrific customer service complaints process. We are not going to be bullied into silence will continue to highlight the appalling facts details of our (continuing) horrendous disgraceful experience.
Gewenste Oplossing:
For VWPFS to provide a written response to our complaint, as is their legal duty (as they know full well), to provide a satisfactory resolution that reflects the gravity of their many severe failings
