Klacht: Terrible service and zero communication

Mijn Klacht:

Very unsatisfied.
I have 2 claims running by them (and won’t ever have any other!)
The first has been opened for a year and it is pending in the Legal analysis phase for the last 8 months. They don’t respond on any messages regarding it.

The second one (very simple, flight was cancelled, I was rebooked) was open for a year, then they suddenly said hm, it was bad weather in Prague, so we close it. I then contacted EUClaim to handle it for me. But then once of a sudden vlucht-vertraagd reopens the case. I only discovered it by incident cause I needed to check my first case. They didn’t send any email neither informed me any other way. The explanation I got is the following:

The claim was closed, because we could not sue the airline due to the weather conditions at Prague airport. However, some time after the claim was closed the airline suddenly assigned it.

Well, good thing I finally got this compensation from airline, the bad thing is that EUClaim rightfully asks me to pay their expenses, cannot blame that for it.

So, never again vlucht-vertraagd. Unprofessional, not responsive, can only send standard emails to airline and give up as soon as the airline doesn’t respond. Never-never-never again!
