I had a packages sent from the US vias USPS Saturday the second VIA express 3 days shipping. My tracking shows that it left Schipol airport on the morning of the 6th and further no more tracking. It has been several days past that and way past the 3 days shipping.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to know WHERE this package is and why I do not have it. We paid ROYAL prices to have it shipped 3 days and if it was going to be shipping in normal processing times then I think it should be charged at normal processing fees.
