I have Alles-in-1 Glasvezel from Telfort from December. I tried to get my upload speed from 0.5-0.7 Mbps to 50 what is in the contract for the last 2 weeks, and the ticket is open (ticket number: 3738953) for the last 9 days! Telfort Customer support always tells me the 2nd line support will call me back and this is not happening for more than a week now. I have updated my ticket 3 times already and nobody is calling me back.
4 days ago we do not have any TV or phone at all. I called Telfort again and again an no help.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like that Telfort send a repair guy to my home to resolve this once and for all. I would like to have the download and upload speed at 50Mbps (as in the contact) and that all of the services work (internet, TV and phone).
In addition, I would like to get the money back for calling at least 10 times (0.5c per conversation) to the Telfort Customer Support line 0900-9596 without having anything done.
And I do not want to be charged the full amount for the time that I could not use any of the promised services.
