I bought à Tomnas kast in IKEA Haarlem last week and went home to put it together. I got to 3/4 the way through when it became clear the kast would not fit. I dismantled entire unit and went back to IKEA Haarlem. The retail assistant at customer service said she could replace the part. I was happy to do this. However when I got home I noticed the replacement was incorrect. I then returned to ikea for a second time. This time the assistant at customer services gave me a replacement pack. I stated that I was not happy at having to return and waste time and petrol on this. The assistant apologised but offered No further help.
I then returns home and a few days later started to put the unit together. This unit, despite following ALL instructions, also does not fit together. I am very upset that this is the third attempt at this unit!
Either IKEA comes and collects this unit and gives me a full refund plus travel costs
IKEA comes and replaces unit with new one and installs the new one
