Mijn Klacht:
On 5th December I’ve order two DJI items. I was told the first item would be shipped immediately and the second in 7-10 Days.
Today 20 December they have the funds on their side and I have no items.
They already promised twice that the items would arrive on the next day, giving me shipment tracking codes that on the end show that the items never left their warehouse.
They badly answer the phone, when they answer they come with excuses or put you on hold. By email it’s almost impossible to have an answer!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I get a full refund!
