Mijn Klacht:
Today I tried to reach call center from the airport after realizing that booking date on my ticket was wrong in attempt to try to rebook my flights. It was impossible to reach call center for more than 60 min? At the end had to buy a new ticket at the airline desk!
For calling service tix.nl charges 1euro/min! I cannot stop asking myself if I was a victim of a really understaffed calling center or I am only one of the scammed customers in despair of tix.nl?
Not sure which answer leaves more bitter aftertaste.
This is the last time I make any reservation via tix.nl!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I could get my calling fee refunded as well as now my reservation cancelled.
