Mijn Klacht:


I placed an order with mini in the box (online shop) then i cancelled it afterwards.

I requested a refund of the money deducted from my account but they said they never received the money.

Until this moment i am trying to get the money back but i can not reach the shop anymore, they closed the ticked.

I will attach everything related to the payment

Gewenste Oplossing:

i am satisfied when i get the amount back to my bank account

2 maanden geleden - In the screenshot attached, it shows that the account that the money has been transferred to belongs to world pay. so how come worldpay is not related?
