Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing you this email because I have had some trouble with your website. I collected two items in my shopping bag and I was trying to pay these items. When I placed and paid my order (order number: 540529755) , the site states an error and one of the items was already sold out… I was surprised to see that the other item had been paid inclusive the shipping costs. I was very disappointed due to the fact that the item I wanted was sold out and there were charged shipping costs. When I checked the item again, I was surprised to see that the item wasn´t sold out not at all! I really wanted the item, so I placed an order again (order number: 540546758). Again I had to pay shipping costs…

Besides this, I am a student and I tried to get the discount and free shipping, but the site gave (again) an error. I had to get in touch with customer service, but that option stated also an error. I hope you can understand I became really upset by all this errors. I send you a message via Facebook with a picture of my studentcard, but I did not get a response.

I assume that you will understand my disappointment about your site.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would really appreciate when I will receive some service by you. I would like to have the shipping costs back and I would really appreciate it if I could have the 10% discount yet.
