On 14 May I called T Mobile and cancell my T mobile home subscription which then said it was going to be canceled on the end of the month, so 31st of my after I have sent my leaving ( unegistration from the city hall docuemtnts per email. ( which I did) the very same day. One month later I noticed that my subscription was still ongoing so I called them and they claimed they didn’t receive the email with the required documents, which I forwarded with the date 14 of May 2018. Again with the registration documents. I also called them several times to explain the situation and that I wanted a refund for the month of June which they already charged me. Also I sent the router and everything back to them in May, which They could never be checked in the system if they received it. Now finally they canceled my home subscription on 4 on July. ( of course, I have to pay in advance for the month) and will apparently get a refund the month after. All in all, I have paid 2 months of service which I have not used because I moved countries and dont leave there in that house anymore. Also, I am afraid I will get an extra bill saying they never received the modem and other things.. Very disappointed and frustrated at T Mobile. Can someone please contact me to see if everything is ok now?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied if I could get a clear answer that everything is ok and I would get a refund for the months of June and July. Which for me is fair as did not use the service.
