Mijn Klacht:
I want to reschedule mij flexible ticket.
But after 45 minutes on hold at the telephone I still couldnt reach supersaver. The computer said to send an email.
The dutch email is nowhere to be found.
And the only way to rebook the ticket is true the telephone.
I never expierenced something like this with a company.
Please supersaver how do I rebook my flight before the 31th. I am losing sleep over this.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am happy when I can rebook my ticket today or tomorrow. For a ticket in the winter for a fair price.
