Mijn Klacht:

Dear stay healthy,i have received a letter from you asking my 12 years old an amount of  81.95 euro for a product she did not receive ! First of all we were away from our house for 3 weeks after the kids stopped going to school because of coronavirus .  second of all as soon as i seen your letter i have called customer service at 0207230270 i had told them what happened which that we did not received any product from stay healthy and you send my daughter  an email to remind her about the payment  like i said above this email address belong to my 12 years old daughter and she doesn’t gets any emails on it because i create it for her so she can have app store and to download some games . so again when i spoke to the representative she said that i can email you and this payment will be taken care of so please be advised about it . ,Lastly, I would like to thank you for the letter and bringing this to my attention . thank you and have a wonderful day .best regards a, aldeen

Gewenste Oplossing:

when this will be waived and please let me know an advanced if you wish to send me any product .
