Mijn Klacht:
Enorme factuuren met “content” van “Triscreen do Brazil” en “CM”:
We have been factured, from Tele2, for “Content”, for something apparently sent to our mobile phone. The phone belongs to my child who is teenager.
We have no idea what this ‘content’ was. We have received during three months, a very large number of ‘Content” from 2.48 Euro or 1.24 Euros, frequently during several times in a row, without giving our permission. The content were sent at very regular interval (always the same hours of the day), suggesting this was sent automatically. The total costs are above 200 euros in total.
I have contacted Tele2 services by phone. They refused to cancel these costs.
I also contacted them on their facebook page, and then on their complain website. No clear answer from facebook: they do not take responsibility for it.
The contents were always sent by “Triscreen do Brazil B.V” or by “CM” (the hours and the costs were very similar, so it seems to have the same origin).
I have checked on Tele2 forums and discovered that people have been raising this issue already in early 2014. This is therefore not a new issue.
The more frustrating part, it that still now, we still don’t know where this came from and what was supposed to have been sent, by whom, in which form. We could not trace any activity corresponding to these supposed SMS. If TELE2 acknowledges that this is cyberciminality, why do they force us to pay? Can’t they stop this?
Shall I go to the police or another place?
Gewenste Oplossing:
- There should be option to limit our phone bills until a maximum limit.
- Nobody, society or individual, should be able to send content, data, calls, anything, without asking for our permission each time and everytime that there are costs involved. When there are costs, a warning should appear on the phone (or tablet, or computer, etc) saying how much this will cost.
- this cyber criminality is targeted as children, through games online. The people behind this should be forbidden to work with or for children or to sell services to children in the future.
