Mijn Klacht:
Vanwege annulering SAA vluchten wachten wij nog steeds op retour betaling tickets die zijn toegezegd, maar waarvan betaling nog steeds uit blijft.
Van SAA een mail ontvangen waarin zij het navolgende melden:
Kindly ask your agent to raise an RA throug BSP for ticket number in question. Please note refund for any travel agency issued tickets can only processed through BSP link. Once that is done kindly revert back with ticket numbers as well as RA numbers.

Good morning,
What you say that the tickets have expired is not true, the tickets are valid until 31 March 2023.
We have attached two pictures from emails where you can read the e-mail correspondation with South African Airways.
In the second picture you can see the ticket information.
South African Airways will ask you for an RA number and a BSP number, if you give those numbers to the airline they can continue with it.
I hereby give you again the tickets issued at that time and the letter from the airline.
We are waiting for two years now. We can’t call Schipholtickets, we can’t use the system.

established by the airline in the event of cancellation:
273 EUR per passenger penalty fee
50 EUR per passenger for administrative costs
This will be deducted from the total amount returned.

name(s) of the passenger(s) whose ticket(s) you wish to cancel.
Once the cancellation request has been made, we will proceed to
process your refund. When the airline authorises it (a process that
tends to last between 12 and 14 weeks) and s the amount to
be refunded, we will process the corresponding refund using the
same payment method used for the original purchase.
You may monitor the status of your refund in the “My Trips” section on
the website.
