Mijn Klacht:


My tickets (wit KLM) Amsterdam/Marseille have been cancelled due to corona virus last year. I have tried to contact shipol tickets many times on this matter.

At the beginning schipol tickets told me refund was supposed to be done by KLM. However KLM ed refund was sent to schipol tickets.

I’ve since tried to contact them many many times. On their website, it says refund has been made which is not true and none of the email addresses work.

Can someone from schipol tickets can reach out to me and refund money, please?


Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to be refunded for the total amount of our tickets (Amsterdam to Marseille and Marseille to Amsterdam) x 2 people

2 jaren geleden - Thanks. Please see below email from airline that I transferred you in July 2020: "Thank you for email dated 09 July 2020 regarding your request for a refund. Your ticket was issued directly by a Travel Agency. Therefore, you will need to contact them to ask for a refund of your ticket." We thank you for your understanding."
