Mijn Klacht:
The plumber did not tell us that they charge 50% more for service on a Saturday so I had no idea about this until payment and then quoted about 200 EUR. After he was done charged us 1200 EUR because he said the coil had to go 5 meters. This is absolutely insane to pay 1200 EUR for this. This company is a giant scam. How can this be legal at all?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like half of my money back.
