Mijn Klacht:
I booked a Rentalcar auto and pre paid .
When I arrived at the desk they noticed that my Drivers License expired so I could not get a car . Dollar told me to phone Rentalcars immediately which I did . I phoned two numbers supplied by Dollar and on the booking contract . Nobody answered the phone after several tries and waiting . I decided to go to hotel and contacted them online …3 h later when I had wi fi .
The declined to refund my payment and even when I opened a Customer request with them they have not refunded my money yet .
Gewenste Oplossing:
The persons online ( by e mail) where very friendly but NO results
