Mijn Klacht:

Hi,

When I was ordering a package from Slovenia, I missed to enter the house number.
Now this package is stuck at NLAMSA.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this package from being sent back to Slovenia? The PostNL claims it’s not possible and I have to wait (for an unknown amount of time) for the item to be automatially returned.

Thank you for your message on Klacht.nl. In your message I read that you would like some more information about your package which you are expecting from abroad. I am sorry to hear that our service was not up to our usual standard. I will respond to your message.

I looked up the Track and Trace code but I wasn't able to find the reason why you didn't received the parcel yet. So I would advise you to contact the sender. He or she can start an investigation within their own country. My apologizes for the inconvenience.

Dear Post NL,

The reason for not getting the parcel is that the house number is missing on the package. I have already contacted the sender, but they are unable to contact NLAMSA directly to add the house number. The parcel contains my e-mail and phone number, however nobody called me yet. Also the tracking number is recognized when tracked via international tracking service and it shows that the parcel is stuck at NLAMSA. I would appreciate more engagement from your side, instead of sending generic replies.
