Klacht: Package never left Amsterdam and i leave in Tilburg

Mijn Klacht:

I should receive package from Poland, has been sent to Netherlands for some reason stock in Amsterdam. Information has been shown that information has been sent to me to pick up the package. I never received this letter as package is in Amsterdam and i leave in Tilburg. I cant image that in 2017 i have to drive 80km just to pick up the package about which i didn’t even know that arrive. The package has been sent twice and twice PostNl respond to Poland that i didn’t pick up the package. I didn’t receive any message, notification or the letter about it. The seller informed me that will not give me money back for package or sent one more time as the cost is higher the the package itself!!!
My package number is RR956678058PL this package stock in Amsterdam in 2017-07-17 12:55.
I would like to receive the explanation why package never has been sent to Tilburg.
I have print screens to prove it.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I hate it! because of it i lost money (will be not resent or money back)

What I can see right now is that the parcel is returned to sender at the 1st of August. Since that is a long time ago the best thing to do is contact the sender about this. They can give you a solution.
