Mijn Klacht:
Several times I have had packages shipped to The Netherlands from the UK and USA. These packages are shipped with an international carrier and then handed to PostNL to deliver inside NL. Once they arrive in NL there is not tracking of the package or status of where it is / when it will be delivered. These packages will go to a pick up point which you are not told where it is or when it is there. After 5 days the package is returned to sender.
I’ve been extremely appalled at the responses trying to deal with PostNL’s customer service. I don’t understand how this company can continue in this manner.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Tracking should be linked to international carrier tracking number, or you should be ed when it arrives.
