Mijn Klacht:

I have ordered a guitar from Germany Thomann company, and I received it well, then an incident happened which I had to send the guitar neck back to Germany so they can fix it for me, so here I went to this postnl station to send my package, the lady in that place was clueless about what she was doing eventually she managed to print a paper out and place it on my package to send. This happened in October 2022, until now my package has not been found, nor the company in Germany received it. I’ve spent so much time on this guitar neck paint design and so much work. But I did take a picture of the label which the lady placed on the package the return address was somewhere unknown unfortunately, PO 99054, 2500NA i kinda lost hope for this package to be found but I’m still annoyed by how this can be lost, it’s totally unacceptable.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need my guitar neck to be found and that's all I'm asking.

1 jaar geleden - Dear Sir, I can imagine that you would like to know where your shipment is. I would like to inform you. I can see this is an ERS shipment, this means that when there are problems with the parcel only the receiving webshop (who paid for the shipping label) can start an inquiry into the parcel. I therefore would advise you to contact them about this. They can start the investigation for you. I trust to have informed you sufficiently with this. Kind Regards, PostNL Klantenservice

1 jaar geleden - Thank you very much for your reply but the investigation been up since then, and nothing has happened until now. I believe the package went to the address mentioned above, and with the company they already compensated me but still the work done on that item kinda beyond the compensation. That's why I wanted to take matter into my hands since I'm here in Holland and they're in Germany easier for me to communicate my way through it. Please look into it or give me an address so I can go and ask by myself rather than waiting. Thank you again.

Geboden Oplossing:

Dear Sir,

I can imagine that you would like to know where your shipment is. Especially since you have personalized the item. I would like to inform you.

This shipment is an ERS (Easy Return Service), a free return to a foreign webshop. If the addressee indicates that the shipment has not been delivered, an investigation can only be initiated by the receiving webshop. So I would like to advise you to contact the webshop and ask them to start this investigation. My apologies for not being able to meet your expectations.
