Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir/ Madam

I came home today after 10 days absence
i found in my letter box, registered letter without my signature
this is third time I am filing a complaint with you. for this damage
every time you promise to improve your service.
If I do not receive detailed report from you how that happen
within 15 days, what action you took it in my case.
I will file a complaint with the police
In order to protect my self from any harm that may happen to me
as result of your poor service.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Stop dropping registered letter in my letter box without my signature
and take punitive action against those who do so
