Mijn Klacht:
Pharmaxx cold called me. They signed me up to a €60 supplements when I never asked for them. And then sent me vitamins I didnt ask for and continued to charge me. Extremely bad customer service and un willingness to overcome this issue is shocking. Failing to issue a refund when I wanted to send back the ones I HADNT ordered and threatening me with legal action. Hardly a company that you wish to trust with vitamins or supplements if they cant provide you the right ones, send you different ones and still charge you for it. Not to mention the supplements I did order gave me heart palputations and probably arent even approved in Europe.
Gewenste Oplossing:
That the refund me the vitamins I didnt order or ask for.
