Mijn Klacht:
I received a packet of medicines in my post box a month ago. I never placed a request for such medicines and now I am being asked to pay 9.95 euros. I made a complain to the company but they said they can do nothing about it. I am not able to understand from where they got my details and above that even gave me a bill .Now they increased the amount to be paid to 19.90 euros and I find it very annoying and weird that I need to pay for something which I never ordered.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would request the company to kindly listen to the complain of the customer first, acknowledge that its their mistake for which customer should not be paying the bills and in end as a courtesy do not ask the customer to pay for it.
