Nov 25, 2017, I paid 239.96 euro for a pair of Abree II Leather with a discount of 20%.(black friday sale)

Nov 27, 2017, I filed a question of my order on line.

Nov 28, 2017, the reply from UGG europe is as follows: “Lauren (UGG Europe)

But later there’s no further progress feedback from ugg europe.

Dec 05, 2017, I called ugg europe service, it’s still the same reply. And they don’t know when the refund could be made, so called as soon as possible.

Dec 08, 2017, still nothing happened.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like a refund before Dec 15, 2017 and a 20% coupon code so that I could replace a order right away.
