Mijn Klacht:
I made the payment of EUR 164.34 to Vesta Payment Solutions for my Ziggo internet payment to the account number NL46RABO0306722054, provided by Ziggo call center.
However, when I checked with Ziggo again, they denied that this account number is not related to them. Can Vesta or Ziggo check and if my account is disconnected and I’ve no trace of my money.
Ziggo customer says that its not the right account number.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Confirm the payment and activate my Ziggo account
