Mijn Klacht:

I have made a payment arrangement with credios, which I have been paying off on a monthly basis with the agreed amount. I have called the customer service and asked what the outstanding amount is and this was an amount of 194,93 Euro.

I have received a ation letter of this and paid the outstanding amount.

Everything should be paid off now, and I triple checked that the amount I have transferred is according to the amount of the bills. However, at credios they are asking for more money, which does not make sense. I have sent all proof proof of payment per email and called several times, but every time I call or receive an email they make up a different amount and noone seems to know whatis happening. basically they should just look at the amount I had to pay and what I ahve paid , then they will see it is all paid.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want a ation that everything is paid and that credios stops asking for another payment.
