Mijn Klacht:

We bought and paid for our tickets one week before prior to movie and we have received tickets that stated we can enter to the movie by scanning the qr code just before the movie. Unfortunately this was not the case and we have been informed that, our tickets are already sold to other people.

The manager of the establishment informed us that on the event that we have not been present 10 mins before the movie started, the theather was eligble to sell our tickets to other people, and it was within our responsibility to know this before hand ( despite recieving a mail from Pathe that stated otherwise ). We were treated in an exteremly unfriendly and hostile attitude and simply asked if we wanted to see another movie, after refusing to see another movie we were not compensated in any way.

When we applied to cancel our membership, this was also refused by the manager of the establishment and we were informed that we should ‘follow protocol’ and use the online application form for cancellation.

As a customer, I find this extremely unjust and absurd. We had to explain this to our friends and had a terrible user experience.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Refund cost for tickets and apology for hostile behavior by manager of the establishment.
