Mijn Klacht:
I discovered that I cannot buy NS monthly ticket anymore for a fixed traject – without having a connection to my bank account with automatic payments – This is an abuse.
Please note I pay around 250eur for train between Den Haag-Schiphol and I do not want to have this automatically linked to my bank account. IF I dont check in/out or travel beyond, then this should come out of my saldo – not bank account!
I want to control my train costs via my ov saldo NOT via my bank. Costs will happen everytime if I forget a check out or I travel one day beyond the fixed traject,
It is VERY ABUSIVE from NS that OV-chipkaart having saldo top up possibility still requires clients to have a bank account and draw money automatically.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Traject Vrij connected to my OV saldo (and not bank account!)
