I received an email from Lufthansa that I am entitled for a refund of the ticket or can re-book the ticket for another date, as due to the Corona situation, there is lot of uncertainty in Mumbai. I have sent several emails to Cheaptickets.nl. There is no response from Cheaptickets.nl, I wish to rebook the tickets for december for a good rate available now.. But Cheaptickets.nl is not responding to emails causing my immeasurable loss . I have paid additional amount for premium service at the time of ticket booking .
