Klacht: no help with cancelled flight and no refund

Mijn Klacht:

Last April our flight to Sri Lanka was cancelled by Supersaver.nl. At first they told me on the 14th that the refund would be paid back within 2 to 3 weeks. After tree weeks I called the contact centre and they told me to wait for 8 weeks in Total. At 14th June I called afwind and they promessed me to send it to the right departement. They would pay the money in 10 working days. Last week I called more than 10 times. Every time they put me true after half an hour waiting for someone to help. The departement that I was put true to was never available and I Waited all the times more than 1,5 hour. I really want my 2250 euro back!! I have sent several e-mails and I get no answer. I am really disappointed.
