You did not open my account even though I made the monthly netflix payment.
I told your customer service but he didn’t accept it.
I got the proof of my payment from my bank.
However, I cannot send the bank receipt as it does not have a netflix e-mail address.
Bank receipt cannot be shared in online live chat.
Netflix customer service says I didn’t pay.
I have a bank receipt, proof that I made a netflix payment.
(this happened twice – 2 months)
Why is a big company like Netflix making such an incomprehensible process?
I want my Netflix account to be opened immediately. and I expect your apology.
