I am typing this email to share my disappointment regarding the performance of my tickets refunding, now it is close to be one year without an acceptable reaction from your side.
I have raised my refund request in May 2020, and we are now in April 2021 without a good response from your side.
I have called you several times to expedite the process, but unfortunately i don’t see any progress.
last week, i have called you to make use of my ticket, but even this request did not success because as per your feedback you still waiting that the airline to respond on your refund request, which is almost one year ago!
Last week, i have called the airlines to check if there is any possible solution that we can approach, they have indicated that the refund request has not been raised from your side, additionally; they have indicated that all agents (mytrip one of them) they have a short number that they can reach the supervisor to check or expedite the progress of the refund, or even request to make use of the tickets,. This is clear indication that mytrip are still waiting in standby mode, and don’t give any importunacy to my request. I don’t think this is the announcement that you like to share with your customers.
On the other hand, Pandemic should not be the reason that we make use to justify lake of performance, i had another similar cases with two different agents were planned and refunded within three months.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Now my request is to take my case seriously, either by having a good plan for my refund, or to make use of my tickets.
