Mijn Klacht:
I bought TAP tickets for my mom to go from Brazil to Netherlands to visit my new born son in July this year. However, due to the current situation it is extremely risky for her to come.
I was informed by email by your customer service that I should get in contact by telephone to solve the problem. I have called 4 times and waited for more than 1 hour each time and nobody answered. Today I tried again and after 84 minutes waiting an attendant pick up the phone. He explained he couldn’t do anything and would need to transfer the call to a colleague. I waited another hour and nobody answered my call until they hang up.
Thus, I really don’t know what to do because it’s impossible to call their call center to solve this problem and TAP already said that only the agency can solve the problem.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I just want to request an open ticket or a voucher to reschedule the flight for later this year.
