Mijn Klacht:
1. We have shopped at Lidl NOOTDORP since the shop first opened. in NOOTDORP.
2. The shop has always been overcrowded.
3. We welcolme the expansion therefore.
4. BUT the storage of shopping trollies outside is a total shambles. We must wait in line for the person in front to walk out (backwards) with a trolly. The trollies are ALWAYS soaking wet from the rain. (JUMBO store theirs INDOORS).
5. FINALLY DURING THE BUSIEST TIME THE STORE IS ALWAYS BUSY STACKING SHELVES WHEN THE STORE IS FULL OF CUSTOMERS. TODAY, FRUIT AREA HAMPERED BY A LARGE TROLLY AND A MAN STACKING SHELVES WHILST PEOPLE CANNOT PASS. DO THIS WHEN THE STORE IS NOT BUSY OR EMPTY. TODAY ALSO I COUNTED F. I. V. E. EMPTY TROLLY BLOCKING PEOPLE’S ACCESS TO SEVERAL AREAS……I SPOKE WIYH YOUR MANAGER…HE WAS RUDE…DID NOTHING…. THEN LAUGHED WHEN HE THOUGHT MY COMPLAINT WAS FUNNY.
6. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SITUATION IN THIS STORE.
7. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN APOLOGY FROM THIS’ DO NOTHING’ MANAGER.
8 PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO TO IMPROVE THIS SITUATION.
