Mijn Klacht:
I have bought a subscription with KPN. Something went wrong so that I got double charged – it was 100 euros in total. I had to talk with customer service for 2 hours in total to solve this issue, but they didn’t solve it until I made a complaint like this. So great, I get my 100 euros back with a lot of effort.
Now, here is the problem: I am being charged 105,30 euro for talking with their customer service for 2 hours. They charged me 1 euro per minute.
Gewenste Oplossing:
105,30 terug.
