Mijn Klacht:

I had an appointment with the montuer (Bernard Loodgieters) today Friday 22 April at 2pm and they did not come. I called them several times, but they did not answer my calls. I left a message but I get no answer.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Return call, make an appointment and be on time.

Hej Luis, that's unfortunate! Bernard Loodgieters do not work for us anymore. Another installation company, All-OM, will contact you as soon as possible for a new appointment. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

You said I will be called by the kitchen monteur, but he/she did not call. So we have been very disappointed and with serious doubts that we would have a successful installation of the kitchen. Therefore, we decided to by the kitchen somewhere else. Regards, Luis Grau
